Kay Igwe, SEAS Graduate Student RepresentativeKay Igwe is a first year Master of Science student in Electrical Engineering. She is very interested in entrepreneurship and is currently on a team that is in the process of building a startup. She has helped in formulating a solution for hospitals in West Africa to help combat the Ebola situation. She is very involved in the Maker community and very committed to bringing opportunities of entrepreneurial involvement to both women and underrepresented groups.
Nikita Mary Singareddy, Columbia College
Nikita Mary Singareddy is a Columbia College junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in History and Statistics. Nikita is fascinated by the intersection between analytics and public policy. Her internship experience across media companies, think tanks, and legal firms focuses on integrating data-driven products. She is a staffer for the University Senate and president of the Roosevelt Institute, a network for progressive thinkers and doers. When she's not slaving away in Butler Library, she writes about entrepreneurship and futurism for TechCrunch, The Hill, Slant, etc. This summer, Nikita is joining Pandora as a Political Ads and Campaign Strategy intern.
Anastasiya Tsoy, Graduate Student Teacher's College RepresentativeAnastasiya Tsoy is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. She earned her first Bachelor's degree in Biology and Ecological Studies from National University of Uzbekistan and her second Bachelor's degree in General Psychology from Queens College, CUNY. Anastasiya is passionate about gender equality and equity. She is a fellow of Women’s International Leadership Program, graduate of Bella Azbug Leadership Institute and co-director at Sexuality, Women, and Gender Project at Teachers College, Columbia University. Before her Columbia University experience, she worked as a Head of Volunteer Department at Center of Youth Initiatives in Uzbekistan, was awarded as the best and younger youth leadership coach and had 4-year full scholarship from Forum of Art and Culture of Uzbekistan Foundation.

Fred Sanchez, Assistant Director of Graduate Student AffairsFred Sanchez is the Assistant Director of Graduate Student Affairs at Columbia Engineering. He advises the Engineering Graduate Student Council and other student groups at SEAS while ensuring graduate students have a positive experience at Columbia by connecting them to its world-class resources. Fred has over seven years of experience in higher education including work with the Posse Foundation, the Institute of International Education, and in Mexico, Brazil, and El Salvador. He's also a certified SCUBA diver, triathlete, and stamp collector. Fred holds a B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University and an M.A. in International Education from New York University.

Srishti Sardana, Graduate Student Teacher's College RepresentativeSrishti Sardana is a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Graduate Student Affairs at the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science. Srishti is currently a graduate student of Clinical Psychology at Columbia University and assists on Global Mental Health labs where she is developing skills to research the mental health needs of marginalized populations, including sex workers and juvenile offenders, with a focus on developing countries. She is the co-founder of an NGO in India that provides mental health support to children and their families residing in the ghettos and also serves as the South East Asia head of the Institute of Cognition and Numeracy (iCAN) in the Philippines, to help develop social-emotional learning packages to integrate early intervention for mental health disorders among families residing in low-resource settings.
